The installation process starts well before arrival on-site. The most important part of a smooth deployment is careful preparation and close collaboration with customers. The first step is a detailed site survey to fully understand a customer's environment, including power and cooling readiness, building construction, and access routes. It's also important to evaluate whether the system will be linked into an existing cooling system or use a dedicated solution, such as an external dry cooler.
Plug-and-play, by design
Because all the heavy integration and testing are completed in advance, the physical on-site installation is virtually plug-and-play. The system is designed as a set of pre-configured, pre-tested building blocks. That simplicity is intentional: we don't just rely on component engineering; we design integrations around how they will be used in the real world.
Once staged, the rack is positioned, leveled and secured, and the server chassis are mounted onto rails and connected using quick-disconnect hoses. There's no complex plumbing or integration work happening inside the server at that stage, since it's already done and tested in the factory. Finally, the system is filled and purged, powered on, and up and running.
