Operators need to host open community roundtables, share regular, honest third-party sustainability reports, and discuss the 5-, 10-, and 15-year impacts of a facility, rather than limiting the conversation to job creation.

AI is already revolutionizing applications from personalized medicine to global logistics. But to fully realize its benefits, the technology must be deployed responsibly in collaboration with communities, so that AI infrastructure can deliver greater long-term value for all.
