An award winning, innovative technology business based in Sheffield. As part of the project team, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Programme Manager to deliver successful innovative and industry-leading projects on time and within budget.

As a Project coordinator at Iceotope, you will work under the Operations Programme Manager, to ensure our innovative and industry leading projects are completed on time and within budget.
You will make sure all aspects of the projects you are working on run smoothly and efficiently. You will work with various members of the project team and the collaborating parties to develop and maintain a timeline of key tasks, risk registers and oversee progress to make sure goals are met on time.
You will help to track budgets, dates, and other information, as well as coordinating and attending meetings, representing the Iceotope team on your key projects.
Project A - A collaborative, cyber-security business demonstrator project for Edge Computing, led by our client and collaborating with a University for technical expertise. A Global leader of Electronic components supply and services will provide the voice of the customer, and end-user evaluation for the project's demonstrator. The team will develop a Secure Edge Facility Orchestrator (SEFO) that provides a unified and secure view of information across networks.
Project B - ELIPS (Enhanced Liquid Immersion Power Systems) - is a collaborative, design-for-manufacture project aiming to build a UK supply-chain to deliver immersion cooled, power supply technology. The intention is to create a collaborative value-chain capable of delivering power modules (components), bespoke immersion components & sub-assemblies (sub-components), services (scaled manufacturing and system integration). The partners aim to deliver high-efficiency power supply products and services across multiple sectors, including Automotive, Aerospace and Renewable Energy. ELIPS will contribute to energy-saving systems for datacentre infrastructure that will support sustainable growth in Internet of Things (IoT) SMART cities, data economies and industrial-automation (4.0). All of which are critical elements for the global Net-Zero challenge. This technology is of national strategic importance and will have huge economic, environmental, and societal benefits.
